Combining the benefits of yoga with the therapeutic aspects of water. This class allows you to have fun while gaining confidence in your practice. Opening with breathing techniques and gentle movements allows time to find the connection to the board and serene views. Connect the breath to movements as you flow into each pose working on balance, core strength and alignment. Modifications are offered making this practice available to people with diverse abilities. End class with a tranquil deep relaxation creating a unique experience unlike any other.
